Overview
Investcoin (IVT) is a deflationary ERC-20 token with a fixed supply of 100M, designed for long-term investors. It combines an 8-year vesting schedule, staking with an 18-month lock, and burn mechanisms to reduce circulating supply over time. The current implementation is on BNB Chain Testnet for public validation. Addresses will be updated to mainnet at official launch.

What Investcoin Is Not
To avoid misunderstandings, Investcoin (IVT) is NOT:
A short-term speculative or meme-based token.
A managed fund, ETF, or yield guarantee product.
A promise of price appreciation or financial return.
IVT is a decentralized digital asset governed by transparent, on-chain rules and designed for long-term participation.

Tokenomics
Supply and Distribution
Max supply: 100,000,000 IVT.
All tokens are minted at initialization and minting is permanently closed.
At launch, 25% of supply is released.
75% of supply follows a structured vesting schedule.

Vesting Schedule
Vesting is split into two pools:
Core vesting: 35,000,000 IVT released bimonthly over 4 years (24 installments).
Foundation vesting: 40,000,000 IVT released quarterly over 8 years (32 installments).
Vesting releases are executed on-chain and can only advance when the required time windows have passed.
Deflation and Burns
IVT reduces circulating supply through automated and manual burn mechanisms:
Quarterly burn: 0.5% of current circulating supply every 90 days.
Special burn: 2% burn target triggered when circulating supply reaches 50% of max supply.
Manual burn: the owner can burn tokens from the free treasury (above vesting reserves).
Although total supply is capped at 100M, the burn design targets a long-term circulating supply of 21M. This is the opposite of inflationary models where circulating supply keeps growing over time; with IVT, circulating supply is designed to decrease as burns are executed. This is a supply-side mechanism and does not guarantee price performance, which depends on market demand and other factors.
Burns are applied gradually through transfers and stop when circulating supply falls to 21,000,000 IVT or less.
Loyalty Bonus
Holders who do not move their tokens for 12 months can claim a 1% bonus on their eligible balance. A 0.5% fee is applied to the bonus and routed to the owner. The loyalty bonus can be temporarily disabled if needed for treasury management or risk response.
Staking Guide
How Staking Works
Staking rewards long-term holders by locking IVT for 18 months in exchange for APY-based rewards. The protocol has a global cap of 10,000,000 IVT staked at any time.
Tiers and APY
Tier 1: 1,000+ IVT, 2% APY
Tier 2: 10,000+ IVT, 2.5% APY
Tier 3: 50,000+ IVT, 3% APY
Rewards, Fees, and Lock
All tiers use a fixed 18-month lock.
Rewards are funded on-chain and accrue over time.
A 0.5% fee is applied to rewards upon withdrawal.
Withdrawals are available after the lock ends.
Emergency Mode
If emergency mode is activated, users can withdraw only their principal. Rewards are forfeited in this scenario.
Step-by-Step Staking
How to Buy IVT
When IVT is live on mainnet, it will be available on PancakeSwap. Use the official contract address to avoid fake tokens.
Steps
Open https://pancakeswap.finance/swap.
Connect your wallet and select the BNB Chain network.
Paste the official IVT contract address as the destination token.
Confirm the token and complete the swap.
Note
The current contracts are on BNB Chain Testnet for public validation. Mainnet addresses will be announced at official launch. The project plans to list IVT on DEXs within five years so users can find it without pasting the contract.
